Working days and hours: Monday to Friday; 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM Brisbane Time. Appointments may be scheduled on week-ends by prior arrangements only.

Please note:

• We receive many queries by e-mail and phone every day, but we cannot answer these questions without analysis and discussion of the specific case as this would result in erroneous conclusions leading to worse immigration problems for the person concerned.
• It is not possible to provide formal advice on case-specific situations without the establishment of a “Statement of Service Agreement” which formalises a Registered Migration Agent (or Immigration Advisor)-Client relationship through a paid consultation.
